Plastic injection moulding is a technique for processing thermoplastics. Molten plastic is injected into a mould under high pressure. The material retains its shape as it cools. This technique efficiently produces products in series, ranging from several thousand to millions of units per year.

As a high-quality plastic injection moulding company, VDL Parree mainly focuses on highly complex products. This complexity is common in sectors where product quality is essential. These include the automotive industry, the child safety product market and the medical equipment industry. Companies in these sectors share the same requirements: high quality at a competitive price. This is where VDL Parree stands out.
VDL Parree also works for customers in other sectors. The focus is often on consistent product quality, efficient production, and cost-effective logistics. Just-in-time delivery is standard, alongside continuous process optimisation to keep costs as low as possible.

As a plastic injection moulding specialist, VDL Parree offers a wide range of techniques. This variety enables us to deliver products that fully meet our customers’ specific requirements. If a product requires a technique we do not yet have in-house, we see this as a challenge and master it ourselves. Investing in and mastering new techniques is therefore never an obstacle for us. To apply all these techniques effectively, VDL Parree has a modern, advanced machinery portfolio. It includes around 30 plastic injection moulding machines, with clamping forces ranging from 25 to 3,200 tonnes. This capacity enables us to manufacture products weighing from 3 grams up to 20 kilograms.
