Ensuring quality

To ensure our quality keeps pace with market developments, our KAM and process engineering department assesses and improves our processes every day. We analyse and evaluate our working methods using the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Management discusses the resulting improvement points and converts them into targeted improvement programmes.

Any deviations in product quality are thoroughly analysed to determine the cause. Once identified, process engineering develops a sustainable solution. This ensures consistent and reliable quality for our customers.
