At VDL Parree quality is paramount in everything we do. As a Dutch producer of plastic injection moulded parts, we strive to ensure that all our products and processes are of the highest quality. By this we mean that we meet the requirements not only for the products but also for our deliveries, the communication with the customer and the internal business operations.
The following is a list of VDL Parree's achievements:

- Conditioned measurement room with 3D scanner & 3D CNC measuring bench

Quality assurance
To ensure that our quality continues to keep pace with the market, our QHSE and process engineering department is hard at work assessing and improving our quality every day. Our processes are assessed and evaluated based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology. All of the identified areas for improvement are then examined at the management level and improvement projects are carried out.
Product quality nonconformities are analysed to determine the root cause. Once this is determined, process engineering seeks a constructive solution. This is all done to ensure constant quality for our customers.
