Commissioning of new Optical Measuring System

Last week, VDL Parree's quality department commissioned a new optical measuring system to replace the current projector
Due to the simple operation and user-friendly programming, our measuring capacity will be further expanded. In addition, this system also offers many advantages:
- Up to 99 dimensions on up to 100 parts simultaneously;
- Large measuring range up to 300x200x85 mm;
- Precision camera for high measurement accuracy;
- Height measurement included;
- DXF comparison;
- Generation of inspection reports including calculation of CP and CPK values;
- Profile and surface measurement possible;
A real powerhouse among optical measurement systems and an asset to our quality department!
